Service Scope

RatePilot provides informational pricing tools and templates for freelancers. It does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

Subscription

Subscription is monthly recurring until cancelled. Price, billing cadence, and terms are shown before checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Stripe Customer Portal, with the same ease as sign-up. Access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

Refund Policy

First payment: refund available on request within 14 days as a customer-goodwill policy (one-time per account, except abuse or fraud). Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law, duplicate charges, or technical billing errors.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatePilot is not liable for business decisions made using estimates generated by the tool.
